Like the location, cleanliness and service.

Breakfast was good. Location is also fine. The staff is cooperative as such. It is a good hotel.

The bathrooms are a bit small. Though rooms and bathrooms are very clean, but it is a bit overpriced. Intercom was not working properly.

Location.. just next to assi ghat

Rooms were average.. not very clean.. not a 3 star worth

Michel and other staff were very courteous. I stayed there because of access to Assi Ghat, which was perfect. Food was decent

The mattress are broken and rooms are too dark and wood heavy

Proximity to Ganga River

Very old. No good maintenance. Bathroom door was rickety. So was pipe fittings

The staff was super good and helpful. The hotel is cozy and right opposite Assi ghat. There is a medical store right opposite and some cool eating places. But the best part of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant. It is vegetarian, and the food is good. The view is terrific and it's really nice to sit here in the mroning or evening when it is not too hot to watch the river and the lights.

We booked the most expensive room - Executive with River view. The room was really bad. It was cramped with furniture, was dark, had a small window and the bed was lumpy and the duvets were heavy and old. The bathroom was large but the room was terrible. We shifted to the Superior river view room which was much better. But since we had booked the executive room through this site they charged us all the same, which i think was unfair.

It was a good stay,staff was courteous and the location is definitely on spot just 10 steps from Assi ghat.The rooftop restaurant Green Garden is definitely good and their staff is also very courteous.Special recommendation to Michael who served us with a smile all the time and very helpful while suggesting different menus.

We had booked 2 rooms with views of which one was nice and spacious but the other one was very small and the bathroom was just a tiny bit of space but the charge was same for both. I felt the tariff should have been less for the smaller room.

Little bit overpriced, obviously it was during Mahakumbh so it's understandable. Facilities are standard, amenities are basic.

Location close to Assi Ghat is fantastic. It makes walking along the ghats very easy as it is the main attraction. Gets very busy before and after evening ceremony, but not much noise makes it into room. Fantastic roof top.

Once we check in they ask me to pay for extra person but never provide extra bed Toilet was dirty my sister felt down in toilet due to slipperyWhen we complain they like just shaking head only nothing action taken More important I come there to go maha kumb we book transport from hotel. Due to their miscommunication the transport cancel waited for another transport to come after 2 hours at 6am suppose to leave the hotel by 3am When we go triveni sangam they said no boat Tom morning 5am only have I nearly spend 10k sing dollar to bring my whole family for maha kumb but everything wasted When is tell about this also there are just shaking head only no action taken.I’m really really regret to book hotel here somemore when I’m leaving I say sorry to them if I’m rude then then next day we booked two enova car to go airport end up 1x 5 seater and ativa 7 Came if not mistaken then car abit smaller then the inova car… how to go by 13 pax and all of us have our personal lagguge….Teriable Service everything is bad when come to money need to settled on time standing infrant of room and keep ask for check out… Hotel management how u gonna compensiate me!!!! Or just ignore this msg also? Get back to me asap!!!

The ease of location, reasonable appointment.

The size of elevators, the mattress, lack of space outside the Hotel.

Excellent location, walking distance to Assi Ghat. Well located roof top dining area.

Small rooms, The bed linen was not pressed properly, resulting in a used linen look.

Like only location & big spacious triple bed rooms [not sofa cum bed room]

Amenities provided as we called them for even bathroom towels , electric kettle,etc for their unavailability.

Beautiful large room with all the facilities in great locations. Helpful staff to help us find our way to a tuk tuk and arrive at the airport in time!

Location is great, next to Assi Ghat. 24 hour hot water and cozy central heating. Beautiful collection of colourful birds but wish they were allowed to freely fly in open sky and return if they liked.

Single bed mattresses were joined to make double bed. They were uncomfortable.

Nice place close to Assi Ghat. Very friendly staff who made sure that we had a great stay in the hotel. Size of the could be slightly bigger. But overall, our stay was good.

A clothes rack in the room would have been helpful since we took multiple dips in the Holy Ganges.
